What is "Reconcables"?
Welcome to Reconcables, the first De la Conca circular program that allows you to purchase our ecological infusions, spring salt and seasoned pasta in reusable packaging.
Experience the new way of shopping without worrying about generating waste with single-use packaging every time you want to enjoy our products.
Combine your favorite products in packs of 4 glass jars with aluminum lids, 100% foodsafe and reusable materials.
How does it work?
We make it very easy for you! With your first order, we bring you your products in our returnable container for which you will have left a 100% recoverable deposit.
In the following purchases, as many times as you want, we will bring you full jars and we will take the empty ones to clean them professionally and reuse them, making the next reconnectable customer happy.
Instructions step by step:
- Enter the “My Account” section with your username and password.
If you prefer, you can scan the QR code that you will find on the back of your jars.
- Select your new products through our new sales process, specify me, designed for you.
- Prepare the jars that you want to return in the same delivery box or another that protects them during transport.
- Deliver the empty jars to the carrier when they deliver the new ones.
Deposit and Refunds
We want to take care of you. Manage a free collection and return of the deposit from the comfort of your home.
If at any time you want to stop participating in the program, you can return the jars permanently and recover 100% of your deposit.
Access your customer area to organize a collection at your home of the reconcalable jars. You can also send an email to our customer service team ([email protected] or WhatsApp or phone).
Prepare the jars that you want to return in the same delivery box or another and that’s it.
Safety and cleanliness above anything else!
At De la Conca we care about our customers, that is why we have implemented a process where our reusable containers, when returned are subjected to an industrial washing process that complies with the standards of the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority), as well as with the quality and health measures recommended by the government in the fight against Covid-19.
